Over the past 15 years I’ve designed solutions for some of the world’s most influential organizations to develop these skills at scale, benefitting hundreds of thousands of participants with learning experiences that are enjoyable and engaging, leading to measurable, lasting changes in qualities like resilience, well-being, emotional intelligence, purpose, and compassion.
As a facilitator and coach, I endeavor to bring rigorous education, humor, and accessibility to the learning experiences I lead.
As a team member, I’m energized by collaborating with colleagues in dynamic start-up environments to create structure out of ambiguity and to achieve big, ambitious, altruistic goals. I’ve been a founding team member of seven organizations in the fields of leadership development, education, and learning.
